L\u2019utilisation du BIM permet \u00e9galement <\/span><b>d\u2019\u00e9viter tout probl\u00e8me de malfa\u00e7on<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, notamment lors d\u2019importantes modifications, sans risquer de causer de graves cons\u00e9quences inattendues. Cependant, bien que cet outil dresse la liste des caract\u00e9ristiques des <\/span><b>b\u00e2timents lors de leur construction ou r\u00e9novation<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, il devient <\/span><b>vite obsol\u00e8te<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. En effet, il n\u2019\u00e9volue pas au cours de la phase d\u2019exploitation du b\u00e2timent.
