Ils sont en hausse de 59 % entre 2013 et 2014. L\u2019<a href=\"https:\/\/www.deepki.com\/fr\/glossaire\/isr-investissement-socialement-responsable\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">ISR<\/a> se r\u00e9partit principalement entre les bureaux (70 %) et les logements (12 %).<\/li><li><strong>22 % <\/strong>des acteurs interrog\u00e9s ont une activit\u00e9 int\u00e9grant certaines consid\u00e9rations environnementales, sociales ou de gouvernance.<\/li><li><strong>53 %<\/strong> des soci\u00e9t\u00e9s de gestion sond\u00e9es placent les capitaux dans des actifs ayant une orientation responsable, souvent partielle et non syst\u00e9matique.<\/li><li>En valeur, ils s\u2019\u00e9l\u00e8vent \u00e0 <strong>74 %<\/strong> du total.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Concernant la <a href=\"https:\/\/www.deepki.com\/fr\/glossaire\/performance-energetique\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">performance \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique<\/a>, pr\u00e8s de<strong> 88 % <\/strong>des gestionnaires de fonds immobiliers fran\u00e7ais sont attach\u00e9s aux am\u00e9liorations, sans pour autant fixer d\u2019objectifs.<\/p>\n\n\n<p style=\"text-align: right;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><em>\u00c0 lire \u00e9galement :&nbsp;<a style=\"color: #000000;\" href=\"https:\/\/www.deepki.com\/fr\/blog\/isr-cest-quoi-exactement\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Au fait, l\u2019ISR c\u2019est quoi exactement ?<\/a><\/em><\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong><span class=\"has-inline-color has-t-black-color\">Mode de communication du panel sur les questions environnementales et sociales<\/span><\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Sur les 17 r\u00e9pondants impliqu\u00e9s dans les placements responsables (pesant 74 % du total), 10 d\u2019entre eux publient leurs politiques sur internet et 11 sont signataires des Principes pour les Investissements Responsables.<\/li><li>Plus de la moiti\u00e9 des fonds en valeur g\u00e9r\u00e9s de cette mani\u00e8re ob\u00e9issent \u00e0 une charte d\u2019ISR.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong><span class=\"has-inline-color has-t-black-color\">Pourquoi r\u00e9aliser un diagnostic avant un <a href=\"https:\/\/www.deepki.com\/fr\/glossaire\/isr-investissement-socialement-responsable\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">ISR<\/a>&nbsp;?<\/span><\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Les th\u00e9matiques examin\u00e9es avant l\u2019ISR sont&nbsp;d\u2019une part l\u2019<strong>\u00e9nergie<\/strong>&nbsp;(dans 88 % des cas) et d\u2019autre part, <strong>l\u2019environnement et les aspects sociaux<\/strong>&nbsp;(dans 31 % des cas). On notera une complexit\u00e9 de la dimension sociale.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ces analyses pr\u00e9alables servent&nbsp;\u00e0 mieux appr\u00e9hender le parc immobilier, \u00e0 envisager de futurs travaux ou \u00e0 renoncer au projet d\u2019investissement initial.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong><span class=\"has-inline-color has-t-black-color\">Quels sont les indicateurs de suivi de l\u2019<a href=\"https:\/\/www.deepki.com\/fr\/glossaire\/isr-investissement-socialement-responsable\/\">ISR<\/a>&nbsp;?<\/span><\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>22 % des fonds plac\u00e9s par les r\u00e9pondants font l\u2019objet d\u2019un suivi multicrit\u00e8res, via des m\u00e9triques et un score (pour les crit\u00e8res soci\u00e9taux).
