Pour cela, cet organisme \u00e9value et compare chaque ann\u00e9e des soci\u00e9t\u00e9s immobili\u00e8res \u00e0 travers 62 pays soit un total de 850 entit\u00e9s dont 433 localis\u00e9es en Europe. Le nombre de participants europ\u00e9ens ayant quadrupl\u00e9 depuis 2010, on ne peut que constater que cette dynamique de transparence est en train de prendre de l\u2019ampleur. Plusieurs dimensions sont prises en compte lors de ce bilan annuel : la strat\u00e9gie, le suivi, les indicateurs de performance, l\u2019engagement des parties prenantes ainsi que les certifications.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-3806\" src=\"https:\/\/www.deepki.com\/web\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/05\/carte-des-participants.png\" alt=\"carte des participants dans le monde\" width=\"1030\" height=\"528\" \/><\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"color: #000000;\">QUID de la France ?<\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Cette ann\u00e9e, 27 soci\u00e9t\u00e9s fran\u00e7aises ont particip\u00e9 au GRESB, remportant un score moyen pond\u00e9r\u00e9 de 58\/100, soit +2% en comparaison avec 2016. Les acteurs immobiliers fran\u00e7ais n\u2019ont pas \u00e0 rougir de leur performance puisque que sur 13 cat\u00e9gories, 3 comptent \u00e0 leur t\u00eate une entreprises fran\u00e7aises. Effectivement, Altarea Cogedium domine la typologie d\u2019actifs \u00ab Listed Retail \u00bb, GECINA \u00ab Listed \u2013 Office \u00bb, Icade \u00ab Listed Diversified \u00bb.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: right;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><em>\u00c0 lire \u00e9galement : <a style=\"color: #000000;\" href=\"https:\/\/blog.deepki.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/10\/171006_GRESB_france_results.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Les r\u00e9sultats France du GRESB<\/a><\/em><\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Et par rapport aux acteurs europ\u00e9ens ?<\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">On constate que les acteurs fran\u00e7ais s\u2019inscrivent globalement dans la moyenne europ\u00e9enne \u00e0 l\u2019exception de deux crit\u00e8res pour lesquels ils pr\u00e9sentent une meilleure performance, \u00e0 savoir \u00ab Risks &amp; Opportunities \u00bb et \u00ab Performance Indicators \u00bb.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-3807\" src=\"https:\/\/www.deepki.com\/web\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/05\/france-vs-europe.png\" alt=\"r\u00e9sultats France VS Europe\" width=\"565\" height=\"554\" \/><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Enfin, en Europe, les r\u00e9sultats sont globalement stables entre 2016 et 2017 sur les indicateurs d\u2019eau et d\u2019\u00e9nergie avec une bonne nouvelle n\u00e9anmoins concernant une baisse de l\u2019indicateur de carbone de 3,1%.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-3808\" src=\"https:\/\/www.deepki.com\/web\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/05\/donnees-chiffrees.png\" alt=\"indicateurs en Europe\" width=\"1163\" height=\"315\" \/><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Bien que l\u2019immobilier soit au c\u0153ur des enjeux \u00e9nerg\u00e9tiques, il appara\u00eet comme indispensable d\u2019\u00e9largir le p\u00e9rim\u00e8tre au carbone, comme le souligne Lo\u00efs Moulas \u2013 Directeur G\u00e9n\u00e9ral de l\u2019OID.
