Si la pr\u00e9sence d\u2019un rideau d\u2019air chaud a un impact fort dans tous les secteurs du tertiaire, <strong>la probl\u00e9matique de l\u2019\u00e9clairage des points de vente est particuli\u00e8rement prononc\u00e9e<\/strong> dans le secteur de l\u2019habillement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-t-black-color\">Enseignement n\u00b0 2 : R\u00e9novation des points de vente ne rime pas toujours avec r\u00e9duction des consommations<\/mark><\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Alors que <strong>l\u2019utilisation des LED est souvent le signe d\u2019une r\u00e9novation<\/strong>, on constate que les magasins ayant \u00e9t\u00e9 r\u00e9nov\u00e9s ne sont pas forc\u00e9ment moins \u00e9nergivores. Ce paradoxe s\u2019explique par le fait <strong>qu\u2019une r\u00e9novation s\u2019accompagne g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement d\u2019une augmentation du nombre et de la puissance des \u00e9quipements<\/strong> en lien avec un nouveau concept marketing (\u00e9crans d\u2019affichage dynamique, nouvelles vitrines, plus grand confort pour la client\u00e8le\u2026).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-t-black-color\">Enseignement n\u00b0 3 : La r\u00e9gulation, un gisement d\u2019\u00e9conomies d\u2019\u00e9nergie rentable pour le retail<\/mark><\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Cette \u00e9tude \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique a \u00e9galement permis de <strong>d\u00e9tecter que les plus grosses \u00e9conomies d\u2019\u00e9nergie \u00e0 r\u00e9aliser <\/strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.deepki.com\/fr\/blog\/big-retail-baisser-consommation-energie\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>dans le retail<\/strong> <\/a>se nichent sans aucun doute dans la r\u00e9gulation. Une bonne nouvelle pour les acteurs du secteur puisque, plut\u00f4t que de se lancer dans <strong>de co\u00fbteux travaux de r\u00e9novation qui n\u00e9cessitent la fermeture des magasins<\/strong>, mieux vaut d\u2019abord r\u00e9guler la consommation des \u00e9quipements, \u00e0 commencer par l\u2019\u00e9clairage.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>La r\u00e9gulation peut passer par la mise en place d\u2019un syst\u00e8me d\u2019extinction automatis\u00e9<\/strong> des \u00e9quipements et \u00e9clairages ou par des campagnes de <strong>sensibilisation du personnel<\/strong> par exemple.
