Le <a href=\"https:\/\/www.deepki.com\/fr\/glossaire\/bim\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong>BIM<\/strong><\/a> (Building Information Modelling) est un outil de travail surtout utilis\u00e9 lors de la conception d\u2019un b\u00e2timent ou d\u2019importantes r\u00e9novations. Il permet d\u2019obtenir une <strong>vision compl\u00e8te en 3D<\/strong> du b\u00e2timent gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 la <strong>localisation de donn\u00e9es<\/strong> et de <strong>faciliter la collaboration entre les diff\u00e9rents acteurs<\/strong>. L\u2019objectif de ce plan est double :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>G\u00e9n\u00e9raliser le BIM dans le secteur du b\u00e2timent ;<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>D\u00e9ployer le BIM dans tous les territoires et pour tous gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 des outils adapt\u00e9s.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>N\u00e9anmoins, le BIM est une technologie qui co\u00fbte relativement cher (entre 25 et 150 k\u20ac HT par actif), qui se d\u00e9ploie actif par actif et qui reste un <strong>outil statique.
