Cependant, il est primordial pour les <a style=\"color: #000000;\" href=\"https:\/\/www.deepki.com\/fr\/blog\/retour-reglementations-phares-impactant-bailleurs-sociaux\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">bailleurs sociaux<\/a> de ne pas faire augmenter les charges support\u00e9es par les locataires. Le volet \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique du PSP promeut entre autre la baisse des charges des <a style=\"color: #000000;\" href=\"https:\/\/www.deepki.com\/fr\/blog\/bailleurs-sociaux-elaboration-psp\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">bailleurs sociaux<\/a> et donc celles des locataires. N\u00e9anmoins, la r\u00e9duction des charges \u00e9nerg\u00e9tiques peut mener in fine \u00e0 la hausse de la pr\u00e9carit\u00e9 \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique. On parle de pr\u00e9carit\u00e9 \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique pour d\u00e9signer les difficult\u00e9s de certains m\u00e9nages modestes ou mal log\u00e9s \u00e0 se fournir en \u00e9lectricit\u00e9 et gaz, les emp\u00eachant ainsi de satisfaire leurs besoins et d\u2019obtenir un confort suffisant.
