C\u2019est 45 % de plus qu\u2019en 2016 et 75 % de plus qu\u2019en 2015.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Classement des certifications en 2017 :<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">HQE : 69 % des b\u00e2timents (80 % en 2016)\u2009;<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">BREEAM : 28 % des projets (16 % en 2016)\u2009;<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">LEED : 3 % des immeubles (comme en 2016).<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n<h2>\u00a0<\/h2>\n<h2><span style=\"color: #000000;\">La valeur d\u2019exploitation de l\u2019actif<\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Cette <strong>valeur extra-financi\u00e8re<\/strong> concerne directement la gestion de l\u2019actif, tant au niveau des \u00e9nergies que des services. Dans un immeuble de bureaux, la maintenance et l\u2019entretien sont assur\u00e9s par une multitude d\u2019intervenants, repr\u00e9sentant pr\u00e8s de 40 m\u00e9tiers : chauffage, ventilation, courants forts, plomberie, am\u00e9nagement, restauration, m\u00e9nage, gardiennage, etc. Tous ces prestataires sont aujourd\u2019hui tenus de s\u2019adapter \u00e0 de nouveaux modes d\u2019activit\u00e9 (nomadisme, t\u00e9l\u00e9travail, espace partag\u00e9\u2026).<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Pour optimiser l<strong>\u2019exploitation de l\u2019actif,<\/strong> il est primordial de constituer un r\u00e9f\u00e9rentiel unifi\u00e9 en agr\u00e9geant des donn\u00e9es de formats et de sources potentiellement diff\u00e9rents. Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 la mise en place d\u2019une <strong>data room d\u2019exploitation<\/strong>, il est possible aujourd\u2019hui d\u2019avoir une vision homog\u00e8ne de la gestion des actifs. Cet espace de stockage s\u00e9curis\u00e9 permet d\u2019enregistrer de mani\u00e8re centralis\u00e9e et prot\u00e9g\u00e9e divers documents utiles (transactions, fusions acquisitions, tourn\u00e9es de consommation\u2026).
