Deepki’s Modern Slavery Statement 2026

This statement is made on behalf of Deepki SAS and its subsidiaries (‘Deepki’) pursuant to Section 54 of the Modern Slavery Act 2015 and constitutes its statement for the financial year ending on 31 December 2026.

Deepki is committed to preventing slavery and human trafficking in its corporate activities and to ensuring its supply chains are free from such practices. It is committed to acting ethically and with integrity in all our business dealings.

Deepki adopts the measures in this document to prevent modern slavery within its supply chain and ensures that all employment is in accordance with applicable labour laws.

1. Organizational Structure and Supply Chains

  • Our Business: Deepki is a SaaS platform targeted at the real estate sector. The Deepki platform centralises its clients’ sustainability data, strategy and operations in one place so they can act on carbon, climate risk, and finance.
  • Our Supply Chains: Our supply chains include security and IT services. We work with approximately 20 suppliers in those sectors.

2. Policies in Relation to Modern Slavery

We have implemented policies to ensure we are conducting business in an ethical and transparent manner. These principles are set out in our code of conduct which is required to be reviewed and agreed to by our employees. Key commitments include:

  • Code of conduct containing an anti-slavery policy: sets out our stance on modern slavery.
  • Code of conduct containing a whistle-blowing procedure: describes the whistleblower’s protection as well as the alert procedure.

3. Analysis of risk presented by our Supply Chain

A vast majority of Deepki’s services and related work streams are undertaken in-house within Deepki’s group companies’ offices around the globe. We therefore maintain a close supervisory capacity over the recruitment and working conditions of the employees responsible for the provision of such services.

These offices are located in jurisdictions with relatively low risk of modern slavery. However, we are aware that there are no jurisdictions with no risk, and we adopt appropriate measures in our recruitment and sub-contracting processes to mitigate this risk.Docusign Envelope ID: 82B195C6 C189-485E-8D74-27967888F19C

4. Due Diligence Processes

We undertake due diligence when considering new suppliers and regularly review our existing ones. We do not adopt a ‘one-size-fits-all’ policy when undertaking this due diligence as we are aware that the risk profile of each business varies greatly according to its sector and geographical placement. However, we will undertake diligence with respect to accreditations or certifications of the business including B Corp or Ecovadis certifications.
