New quarter, new release! June brings the latest feature updates to Deepki, designed to unlock your investment impact and help you make faster, smarter, and more resilient decisions. What’s new? Financial KPIs, Climate Adaptation Actions, Multi-factor Authentication, and expanded electricity data coverage across the Nordics.

In the current economic and business environment, making investment decisions without complete, transparent, and reliable information is already a significant risk. This applies regardless of the outcome of the investment itself. Read on to get ahead of these challenges and explore how Deepki’s latest improvements can empower your long-term strategy.

Quantify your financial and environmental impact and guide better capital allocation

First update: our enhanced Investment Planning capabilities now inform you with financial KPIs. Therefore, this is a major step forward, enabling asset managers to prioritize actions based on not only environmental benefit but also financial return. This helps them to navigate capital constraints and regulatory pressures confidently.

Now, it’s easier to evaluate the financial and sustainability impact of each retrofit decision. With clear metrics to assess and compare the return on investment of planned actions versus business-as-usual scenarios, asset managers can identify high-impact projects. This allows them to also reduce the risk of energy-related obsolescence, and drive smarter, more resilient capital allocation.

Discover the new KPIs available:

  • Financial savings: quantify the cost of energy saved based on your actions, helping you evaluate the financial benefits of each initiative.
  • Payback period: calculate the return on investment by determining how long it will take for your energy-saving measures to pay off.

Whether you’re focused on maximizing return or minimizing your carbon footprint, Deepki ensures your investments contribute to a stronger and more sustainable portfolio.

Safeguard long-term asset value with climate adaptation planning

As physical climate risks intensify, focusing solely on energy efficiency is no longer sufficient. Portfolios must now address valuation, insurability, and liquidity threats posed by increasing climate hazards

Adaptation is now a core component of our recommended action catalog. Deepki helps asset managers embed climate resilience into their investment strategy by combining advanced physical risk assessment with a comprehensive catalog of adaptation measures.

With more than 50 adaptation actions designed to build robust resilience alongside retrofit initiatives, the focus is no longer solely on mitigation. Instead, it’s about adopting a combined approach — merging mitigation and adaptation — that strengthens a portfolio’s capacity to withstand climate-related hazards.

Asset managers can now embed these adaptation measures directly into their investment strategy. This way they can protect asset value and meet sustainability goals while ensuring that capital allocation decisions are fully aligned with evolving climate risk.

By enriching its action catalog, Deepki ensures that every investment decision drives measurable environmental impact while strengthening long-term asset resilience against growing climate threats.

Multi-factor Authentication for a more secure, enterprise-ready platform

In an era of rising cyber threats and evolving compliance requirements, enterprise-grade security is no longer optional, it’s paramount. That’s why Deepki now offers Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) to enhance access protection across the platform. Specifically, by adding a second layer of verification at login, MFA significantly reduces the risk of unauthorized access and strengthens trust in data security. Additionally, it aligns with the stringent IT policies and procurement standards Deepki’s clients face.

This latest update is part of our broader commitment to deliver best-in-class security and data integrity. Deepki is now fully attested under the ISAE 3000 Type 2 standard, in addition to holding ISO 27001 certification. Together, these frameworks ensure our clients benefit from audit-ready data and robust quality control processes. These are critical for meeting the internal governance and external reporting demands of large real estate firms. With these enhancements, Deepki remains the enterprise-ready SaaS partner for real estate sustainability leaders.

A critical milestone: full electricity data coverage across the Nordics

Finally, Deepki’s latest data connector completes our coverage of the Nordics region and adds to our ecosystem of 5,000+ automated data connectors worldwide.

This new data connector enables seamless, automated electricity data collection for landlord and tenant areas across Norway. This is made possible through a direct API integration with Elhub, the country’s central Distribution System Operator (DSO).

DSO Connectors provide maximum data stability, accuracy, and privacy when it comes to automated data collection. These are key ingredients for robust sustainability reporting and performance monitoring.

Strategic decisions based on reliable data

Demands for auditability and transparency regarding sustainability performance continue to grow. The ability to access accurate, centralized data has become a strategic necessity for investors and asset managers.

Deepki supports this need with a robust, automated data collection system that consolidates building-level and utility data into a single platform. The platform ensures seamless access to monthly consumption and billing information. This data is then fed into a comprehensive strategic dashboard, empowering real estate stakeholders to analyze portfolio performance, take targeted action, and measure impact with confidence.

By enabling real-time visibility and verifiable reporting, Deepki can help meet your sustainability goals with credibility and precision.
