Back to business; discover Deepki’s latest updates designed to boost asset performance, build resilience, and support compliance.

What’s on the agenda? New AI-powered Virtual Retrofits that instantly generate tailored action plans from scratch, aligned with your business and performance goals. But that’s not all; this edition also introduces the brand new Action Tracker to keep track of the execution of your retrofit plans, and the Tenant eSignature workflow to improve data coverage with less manual work. Plus, get quicker, more accurate physical risk insights, as well as more flexible reporting filters that make it easier to show impact.

From planning to execution: drive measurable impact

Moving from ambition to action requires compelling investment plans that financial stakeholders trust, especially across large and complex portfolios. You need tools that help you turn strategy into measurable results and demonstrate impact. This quarter, Deepki introduces two powerful capabilities that will help you make smarter capital allocation decisions and follow through on them.

Generate Virtual Retrofits in minutes

Just getting started with decarbonization planning? Need a quick analysis before your next investor presentation? Lacking a budget for an energy audit? No matter where you are along your decarbonization journey, we’ve got you covered.

With our new AI-powered Virtual Retrofits, you can quickly assess your full portfolio and identify the buildings where an on-site audit will bring the most value; no need to audit every asset to get started. With little to no data, you can instantly generate tailored retrofit plans based on your buildings’ characteristics. Whether it’s to reach a specific target or maximize performance or impact under a given budget, our physics-based model suggests actions that are customized to your strategy. Creating plans with measurable impact is now just a click away.

Keep execution on track with the Action Tracker

Defining your plans is half the battle; keeping execution on track is just as critical. With the new Action Tracker, you can track the progress of actions in real-time. Plus, you can collaborate with stakeholders and visualize the impact of completed actions.

Track statuses (completed, upcoming, etc.), identify delays, and ensure that all stakeholders are informed about your progress and priorities. The Action Tracker bridges the gap between planning and execution. It ensures your strategies translate into measurable performance outcomes and helps you stay in control.

Together, the AI-powered Virtual Retrofit and Action Tracker features provide a complete way to plan, manage, and measure actions in Deepki. Define your investment strategies and optimize retrofit scenarios, and track progress in real time, no matter the complexity of your portfolio. With greater clarity on outcomes, take action and deliver impact where it matters the most.

Rethink real estate investment: turn sustainable performance into competitive returns

Simplify tenant outreach and boost data coverage

Utility data from tenants is critical for performance and sustainability insights, but getting their authorization to collect it remains challenging. For example, manual outreach across hundreds of tenants creates a large administrative burden, resulting in limited data coverage and frustration for you and your tenants.

With our new Tenant eSignature, you can now send data authorization requests directly from Deepki, allowing tenants to give consent securely through their browser without needing to produce paperwork or sign in to a portal.

This not only reduces the workload for teams working on data collection but also for tenants, resulting in faster data onboarding, higher data coverage, and reduced compliance risks tied to data privacy regulations.

Strengthen resilience, demonstrate impact

As physical climate risks increase and reporting demands grow, sustainability managers need sharper tools to assess, adapt, and demonstrate impact. This quarter brings key upgrades to the Climate Resilience and Reporting modules, to help you move faster with more clarity and confidence.

Get faster, more accurate physical risk insights

Understanding how vulnerable each building is to physical risks is critical to effective adaptation planning. With new automated suggestions for 20+ key questions, our Climate Resilience module’s update makes building-level vulnerability assessments easier to complete at scale.

Data is pulled from records existing in the platform and public sources (sun exposure, urban density, etc.) to help you identify physical risk vulnerabilities quickly and reliably.

We’ve also integrated 30m-resolution flood risk data powered by Fathom, a global leader in climate modeling. You’ll now get more detailed exposure insights, using forward-looking scenarios. These improvements support smarter resilience planning.

Demonstrate impact with greater clarity and flexibility

This release also brings enhancements to the Report Builder, making it easier to communicate sustainability performance with confidence:

  • Customize reporting periods
  • Add explanatory notes
  • Include estimation and waste charts
  • Refine visualizations for clearer insights

You will also gain visibility into collected versus estimated data at the entity level, helping you monitor data completeness across your portfolio and strengthen transparency.

And when it comes to measuring your investment’s impact, you can now compare business-as-usual scenarios against your retrofit strategies, empowering you to prioritize actions and justify decisions across stakeholders.

This quarter, Deepki’s latest updates help you do more with less: less time, less effort, less uncertainty. Whether you are trying to optimize CapEx, boost data coverage, or improve climate resilience and reporting with sharper tools, Deepki is the one platform that connects planning to performance, strategy to execution, and data to feasible and achievable results.
